It is also a time for you to get to know who we are and whether we are a good fit for you. There is no fee for the call, and you are not committed to anything by scheduling a call.

Seventh Hand Wellness is predominately a virtual consulting practice based out of the DFW area. While we do see clients in-person, we currently only offer this option through medical and mental health providers which we collaborate with.
